Meet The Panelists

Sean Cohen, Chief Operating Officer, AWeber

Sean is Chief Operating Officer at AWeber, the leading small business email marketing software company, where he oversees the activities of all teams and directors, collaborates with the CEO on strategic goals, and advocates AWeber’s core values throughout all company initiatives. Sean joined AWeber in 2001 as a member of the customer solutions team, where his pragmatic solutions to issues quickly distinguished him as a company leader. During his time at AWeber, Sean’s role has expanded to include operations oversight, human resources, and execution of strategic initiatives.

Charles Foy, Manager, Lead Technology Architect, Cerner

Charles Foy is a manager and Lead Technology Architect at Cerner, Inc. Cerner is the world’s largest publicly traded healthcare IT company with revenues of $5.5 billion. Cerner is present in 4,000+ hospitals and 6,000+ physician practices in the US alone. Charles’ division (called CernerWorks) provides IT hosting to hundreds of clients from Cerner’s datacenters in Malvern, Kansas City, and in the Amazon Web Services cloud. Charles lives with his family in West Grove, where he serves the community as a firefighter with the West Grove Fire Company and also as Vice Chairperson on the Medic 94 Board of Directors.

JT Singh, Senior Associate Vice President & CIO
West Chester University

JT Singh currently serves as the Senior Associate Vice President & CIO at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. A forward-looking leader with more than 17 years of higher education experience, he is responsible for formulating IT vision and strategy aligned with WCU overarching mission. He has a strong background managing a large technology infrastructure and leads digital transformation of campus IT operations, services, cybersecurity and applications. He serves as a board member of the Innovative Technology Action Group (ITAG). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a Master’s degree in computer science.
