Justin Low, Senior Head Brewer at Iron Hill Brewery in Exton graduated as an Electrical Engineer from the University of Pittsburgh before heading to the UC Davis Professional Brewing Program. Justin spent 6 months, 5 days a week, in class before moving back home to PA. He spent 2 years at Dock Street, followed by 4 years at a startup brewery, before finally coming to Iron Hill to take on the position of Head Brewer for the West Chester location. Now as Senior Head Brewer, Justin’s main role at Exton is running and maintaining the packaging process to ensure Iron Hill’s award winning beers continue to be their best. Justin says that the best part about brewing is seeing people crack open a can and enjoy some fresh beer. “I get to see people enjoy something that I put a lot of effort into making sure that the quality is great.”
