As artificial intelligence continues to evolve and embed itself across industries, its impact on the tech workforce is undeniable. From reshaping the skills employers seek to redefining how organizations source, develop, and retain talent, AI is transforming every phase of the employee lifecycle.

Join us for a dynamic panel discussion exploring how AI is influencing hiring practices, the evolution of tech roles, and new approaches to employee engagement and development. Hear perspectives from tech industry practitioners, an IT staffing expert, and a consulting leader specializing in employee engagement, people analytics, and workforce transformation and an internationally renowned legal philosopher who researches the impact of technology on human behavior and decision-making as they unpack the opportunities and challenges AI presents.

This session will address real-world strategies and potential pitfalls for adapting to an AI-driven labor market, with particular relevance for employers, HR professionals, and workforce development leaders in the SEPA tech community.

Matthew Sullivan, Senior Manager, Akkodis

Matthew Sullivan serves as a Sr. Manager at Akkodis – a leader in the Smart Industry revolution.  His focus is on ensuring companies benefit from leading-edge AI solutions. He achieves this by fostering strategic relationships and offering comprehensive consulting services addressing  experts. He and the team at Akkodis implement AI-driven innovation and digital transformation, particularly in areas like mobility and software services, to help businesses engineer a smarter, more efficient future powered by advanced AI.

Alina Ispas, Head of P&T Operations and Chief of Staff, Office of the CPTO, Boomi

Alina Ispas Montbriand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product strategy and operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Strategy & Operations at Boomi since August 2023, Ispas Montbriand oversees multi-layer product operations, budget planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Previously, as the Head of Global GTM Strategy & Operations for Google’s Hybrid Work Solutions Portfolio, Ispas Montbriand managed the Google Workspace portfolio and utilized data analytics to develop technical solutions for customer challenges. Prior roles at SAP included Director of New Product Commercialization, where responsibilities encompassed project management and strategic planning for new product launches, and Chief of Staff, focusing on operational strategies within a significant portion of SAP’s product portfolio. Ispas Montbriand began the professional journey as an Emerging Markets Private Equity Senior Analyst at 57 Stars LLC and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Comerica Securities. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The Wharton School, complemented by studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne.

Dr. Fiona Jamison, Vice President Research & People Analytics at People Results

Fiona, who held the position of CEO at Spring International, brings extensive experience conducting research and providing solutions to both for-profit and non-profit organizations with specific expertise in employee engagement, employee relations, change management, and human capital analytics.
Born and raised in Britain, Fiona has provided research and consultancy services in the U.K., Europe, and the U.S. Her international experience adds a unique perspective to understanding organizational culture and communications. She has authored articles focusing on the impact of people analytics and organizational downsizing.
Fiona excels in designing and conducting people analytics projects that combine employee attitudinal data with HR, financial, and operational metrics in the retail, logistics, and manufacturing industries. Her goal is to help clients demonstrate the ROI and financial impact of engagement on the bottom line. Most recently, her work in diversity, equity, and inclusion assessments and people analytics has helped companies improve the employee experience across various industries.
Fiona holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the University of Bristol, U.K., was an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Wolverhampton, U.K., and is actively involved with leading HR think tanks and membership organizations such as the Wharton Research Advisory Group and the Innovation Research Interchange.
Fiona is also an adjunct professor teaching people analytics at Villanova University in Philadelphia.

Brett Frischmann, The Charles Widger Endowed University Professor in Law, Business and Economics at Villanova University

Brett Frischmann joined Villanova as The Charles Widger Endowed University Professor in Law, Business and Economics, in 2017. In this role, Frischmann promotes cross-campus research, programming and collaboration; fosters high-visibility academic pursuits at the national and international levels; has the ability to teach across the University; and will position Villanova as a thought leader and innovator at the intersection of law, business and economics.

A renowned scholar in intellectual property and Internet law, Frischmann came to Villanova from Cardozo Law School at Yeshiva University, where he was director of the Cardozo Intellectual Property and Information Law Program (2011-2016) and a professor of law. He is an affiliated scholar of the Center for Internet and Society at Stanford Law School, an affiliated faculty member of the Vincent and Elinor Ostrom Workshop in Political Theory and Policy Analysis at Indiana University, and a trustee for the Nexa Center for Internet & Society, Politecnico di Torino. Frischmann most recently served as the Microsoft Visiting Professor of Information and Technology Policy at Princeton University’s Center for Information and Technology Policy.

Frischmann’s work has appeared in leading scholarly publications, including Columbia Law Review, Cornell Law Review, Journal of Institutional Economics, Journal of Economic Perspectives, University of Chicago Law Review, and Review of Law and Economics, among others. His latest book, co-authored with philosopher Evan Selinger, Re-Engineering Humanity (Cambridge University Press), examines techno-social engineering of humans, various ‘creep’ phenomena and modern techno-driven Taylorism. Frischmann’s books on the relationships between infrastructural resources, governance, commons and spillovers include Infrastructure: The Social Value of Shared Resources (Oxford University Press, 2012); Governing Knowledge Commons (Oxford University Press, 2014, with Michael Madison and Katherine Strandburg); and Governing Medical Knowledge Commons (Cambridge University Press, 2017, with Michael Madison and Katherine Strandburg). In addition, he has written a number of online articles on the intersection of technology and humanity for Scientific American.

Prior to his appointment at Cardozo Law, Frischmann was on the faculty of the Loyola University Chicago, School of Law from 2002 to 2010. He also has served as a visiting professor at numerous institutions, including Columbia Law School, Cornell Law School, Duke Law School, Fordham University School of Law and Syracuse University College of Law.

Anand Solanki, CFO, Head of Product Management, Analytics, Strategy at Citadel Federal Credit Union

Anand Solanki is the CFO and Head of Product Management, Analytics, Strategy and Facilities Management at Citadel Credit Union, where he leads enterprise strategy while driving innovation across finance, product development, data intelligence, branch facilities modernization. With over 25 years in the credit union and banking industry, Anand is known for bridging fiscal discipline with forward-thinking product development leveraging data intelligence.

Most recently, he led the launch of a new member-centric checking product designed to deepen member engagement and accelerate member growth — an initiative shaped by member feedback and data-driven insights. Anand also oversees enterprise analytics and facility modernization efforts, aligning operations with strategic growth and efficiency goals.

Anand is a recognized thought leader on financial strategy, analytics transformation, and the evolving needs of credit union members. Anand brings a unique, integrated perspective to financial services leadership and is passionate about building institutions that are both innovative and member-focused.
